Having failed to visit the plot for a week, my courgettes have started to get fairly out of hand. As Andrea mentioned to me last night – “my god, it’s as big as my daughter!”.
Whoops. I’m sure they’re nice when stuffed and baked, or made into a chutney!
And i bet it tasted fab!
